Rocio Zanca Oubre, is an artist originally from Lima - Peru now residing in Texas.    Rocio is an architect and has a Masters Degree in Construction and Real Estate Business Administration. She studied art at various Art Institutions. Her love of art is followed by volunteering for non-profit organizations and supporting her family as a daughter, sister, wife and mother.   Her vision is to promote happiness to families in her books and encourage others to follow their own dreams.  She enjoys her time in any outdoor activity with her Husband, son and their Yorkie "Jazmin".
